December 5, 2024 (Chicago, IL)—HealthScape Advisors, a leading healthcare payer consulting firm, today announced that Akshay Jindal has joined the firm as a Senior Partner. Jindal is a seasoned industry leader in health plan growth strategy and capability transformation.

Jindal will draw on his nearly 20 years of health plan transformation experience, which includes mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, capability build-out, cost optimization, and digital strategy, to help health plans achieve sustainable growth, create a better consumer experience, and improve health care outcomes for members.

Prior to Chartis, Jindal was a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Healthcare practice and focused on delivering complex health plan transformation engagements. Before Oliver Wyman, he served as Executive Vice President of Transformation and Client Strategy at Ciox Health and as a partner at Strategy&, formerly Booz&Co.

Jindal has a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from R.V. College of Engineering in Bangalore, India, and an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
